Daikon Radish Seeds - Minowase
This is an old Japanese heirloom variety that has been grown for centuries and is considered a staple of Korean and Japanese cuisine. The large, white roots grow up to 24" long and 3" wide. Quite sweet and crisp. Eat it raw, steamed, pickled, or in your stir. Stores for weeks in the root cellar or refrigerator. Grow as both a spring and fall crop.
